When we set up Cassandra and Jerrod’s wedding flowers at the Lafayette Country Club last Labor Day weekend, I fell in love with how they had transformed the space! I knew I HAD to get images from their big day to share with you.
Unfortunately, time passed and I had all but lost hope on getting in touch with their photographer. But then divine intervention took hold, and I had the good fortune of crossing paths with Chardé Barrett Photography at the Carnahan Hall Styled Shoot in January.
As the vendors were standing around chatting, I saw the images from Cassandra and Jerrod’s wedding dance across the screen at Chardé’s booth!
Cassandra and Jerrod had hoped for an outdoor ceremony. But when the day arrived, the forecast still called for rain. Even until the time we delivered, we weren’t sure they would get the outdoor ceremony they had planned for! The Country Club had set up an alternative space for their rain ceremony, should it be necessary.
As you can see, the weather changed (as it so frequently does in Indiana!) and they were joined by family and friends outdoors.
The red roses and glossy greenery pop against the black bridesmaids dresses: stylish, bold, and timeless!
I loved the gold accents and acrylic table numbers that were used in combination with white linens and modern white chair covers. These details really made the red centerpieces pop throughout the reception!
Don’t you love when the groom gets to wear something special on the wedding day too? These two shined! Chardé, I am so glad we finally connected!
