Priscilla and Brody’s romantic and modern pastel wedding, held in the North Ballroom at the Purdue Memorial Union is a favorite of mine even almost a year later.
Priscilla planned from out of town, so we met mostly via zoom where she gave us creative freedom for her summer wedding florals. Her instructions? “Elegant but over-the-top”. I just love the way everything came together.
Guests were greeted by extra-large arrangements that included gladiolas, myrtle and olive branches. Floating candles in glass gave an extra special glow to the ballroom that day!
The bridesmaids carried our favorite blush roses with white waxflower and silver dollar eucalyptus.
Priscilla and Brody were married at the west end of the North Ballroom in front of a moongate arch that was decked out with garden-inspired greens and studded with blush roses, larkspur, and white hydrangea.
An image says 1000 words, and you can tell how joyful Priscilla and Brody were through their wedding day! So many photos of them truly celebrating with their friends and family.
It was important to Priscilla that the centerpieces all remained low to the table so guests could converse freely. We pumped up the romance by surrounding the centerpieces with trailing greenery.
After the ceremony, the ballroom was flipped to really get the party started! Entry arrangements were repurposed as decor in front of the King’s Table which was the focal point for the reception.
Congratulations to Priscilla and Brody! Thank you for trusting us with your big day!
